Maryland Eye Associates have worked to develop a special program for patients with low vision. People with low vision may be suffering with a chronic degenerative disease that adversely affects their vision (macular degeneration) or their vision may have been diminished as a result of an injury. While it may not be possible to improve or restore the vision, it is possible to provide assistive devices and training to improve the quality of life of the individual. We at Maryland Eye Associates, recognize the problems that low vision patients experience. Dr. Reynolds and our staff can provide a variety of options for such patients. If you or a loved one suffer with low vision, please make an appointment with Dr. Reynolds for an evaluation and a demonstration of assistive devices and practices that may help you or your loved one.
